PelletPort connects customers who need pellets with available supply and transport. We do not manufacture pellets. Our role is to combine demand, compare supply options and prepare a transparent quotation without hiding the terms that matter.
Our idea
The pellet market can be difficult to compare: pallet weights vary, freight depends on the address, and a low headline price does not always mean a lower final cost. We show exactly what the customer receives: the product, net weight, number of bags, collection method and delivery terms.
The benefit of combined volume
By combining demand from multiple customers, we can discuss larger batches with suppliers instead of purchasing isolated pallets. Greater total volume may improve purchasing and logistics terms. Savings are not promised for every address; we present them only after checking the product, quantity, route, unloading and taxes.
We do not pretend to be the producer
PelletPort is a trading platform, not a factory. Specifications and certification relate to the specific product and its manufacturer. Before confirming a sale, we check the documentation applicable to the offered batch.
One complete calculation
We do not want to attract customers with a price that changes once freight is added. We first ask for the pallet quantity and exact address, then prepare the goods price with transport and unloading terms shown separately.
Built for long-term trust
We want customers to return because the quotation was clear and matched what was agreed. If availability, timing or viable transport cannot be confirmed, we say so before accepting an order.
